Our calibration department prides itself on delivering a fast and efficient service which allows for minimal downtime for our customers. We calibrate all instruments used in the orchard, Packhouses and Distribution centres.
We stock a vast selection of QA instruments available from the best manufacturers in the world including KRUSS Refractometers, Guss FTA’s, thermometers from ETI Ltd, Large digit temperature displays, Personal safely monitors and our very own CNC machined sizing ring.
All chilled food distribution facilities should have an in date certificate of accuracy for their temperature monitoring systems. UKCA have worked on many different systems supplying our customers with the peace of mind that their temperature monitoring systems are well maintained and calibrated on an annual basis.
The ideal time to carry out a service will be when the stores are empty, enabling us to check and calibrate individual probes as well as overhauling the larger plant. A record of all tests carried out, including detailed results, will be provided for your records.
Our breakdown service is available on the phone 24hrs a day and emergency visits within 8 hours from reported emergency.
